How To Use My Service

Simple. Please send me an e-mail at video@hinchliffe.org and I will send details and payment methods as soon as I can. I do things this way because I went to ensure I always have a means of contacting a customer in case of problems.

I charge £8 for a tape of any length. This covers the cost of returning the master tape and the copy back to you using 2nd class post. As long as I am reminded I don't mind using 1st class post for urgent jobs but my aim is to keep the costs down for my customers.

Normally I get a job back in the post within 24hrs of arrival. If I feel I won't be able to meet this standard I will normally let you know in advance.

The tapes I use are High Grade tapes. FUJI SHG's seem to have been my favourites lately.

It is important to note that a UK four hour PAL tape will only hold about 2hours 50 minutes of material in NTSC single play format. This means for a tape with over 2hrs 50mins on it you will either need to go to a 2nd copy tape (an extra £3) or I will have to reduce the quality and go to  Super Long Play which then allows the tape to hold 3 times the amount.
